Gordon Fong
Gordon is the Managing Director of e-mango Ltd and Datacenta Hosting Ltd, who are member companies of the Kimcell group. Previously Gordon has worked at Apple Mac based telecommunications specialists Mac Connect, 4-Sight and WAM!NET before working as a consultant for X-Net and subsequently co-founding e-mango in early 2000. His computing background and initial posts in the customer service side of the IT industry have enabled Gordon to instil the customer-focussed approach that is crucial to any successful business needs as part of its long-term strategy. Gordon's responsibilities include raising awareness and the expansion of the Kimcell group by seeking new opportunities that make use of the capabilities across all stakeholders and office locations. In his private life, Gordon is a karate instructor having trained for over 25 years and competed at national and international levels. He also maintains various personal blogs, review websites and likes to travel.
Tim Harris
Tim is the Managing Director of the Kimcell Group and a non executive Director of JoraPh Consulting.
Tim started his career in developing and conducting trials for military digital communications systems before taking the lead in the technical design of high integrity large scale data systems for use by UK Government and the European banking industry. He spent a number of years working in commercial and technical positions in the $1b mergers business of the global telecommunication market.
In recent years he has held lead consulting roles in a range of Her Majesty's Government departments and their systems integrators. Tim specialises on programme start-ups and development of project propositions.
Tim is a Local Education Authority appointed school Governor and has five children.
James Stannard
James is the Financial Director of the Kimcell Group and also takes an active role in delivering services to the Group’s clients. James has over 20 years of experience in IT starting with Plessey Defence systems and then moving into commercial communications arena with Mercury, C&W, Dowty Information Systems and Fujitsu. Since 1989 James has worked closely with the Department for Work and Pensions helping them design, implement and operate major Welfare and Benefit systems for the UK Government. James has a wealth of experience in managing and delivering large scale projects and complex programmes with values of over £200m pa and is also involved in the Department’s emerging contracting strategy and commercial/contractual negotiations. Most recently James has been working with the Department of Trade and Industry providing procurement advice and guidance for the XNP Partnering Project. James currently lives in the North West and is married to Michelle. James enjoys Squash, Rugby and would like to learn to play golf.
