The SQL DBA & Customer Service Engineer will support our customers; listen to their requirements; advise on best practice and respond positively to their requests. Day-today, the engineer will monitor existing services, create customer reports, provide technical support to customers with remote administration and provide technical and best practice expertise on the group's use of MS-SQL Server products.
